Does wifi end after billing date

Ive cancelled my broadband but when does my wifi stop working. My billing date runs from 14th to the 14th but seems to have stopped working 31st. Can someone confirm

@Ashley1992 if you cancel your broadband it should stop 14cdays after you gave notice. If there is credit as you paid a month in advance you will be refunded the difference oncexany kit required back is received and checked in.
