By default all current Sky Hub models broadcast the same SSID (network name) on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands.

I'm trying to connect a camera on 2.4 and it says that WiFi is only 5. So I was checking to see if router was both

@Hughie5 Yes your getting both, 2.4Ghz is on channel 1 and you 5Ghz is on channel 36 from your 1st post!

Thank you just need to find out how my camera can't find 2.4 then.

Some smart devices require the bands to be split before they can connect. You can find a guide on how to do that here

@Hughie5 You may have to go switch off the 5Ghz temporarly get the camera connected then switch it back on. Will link the tips below! Split permenant or just disable one...

My router indicates that they are not synchronised as box is not ticked.

Thanks I tried changing it earlier but for some reason my phones wifi disappeared.

@Hughie5 The link explains it all what to do, JUST do not enter but go down and apply, as you are trying to do it all with a phone you will lose and have to reconnect. suggest you only change the 5G band by adding 5G on the back off the name.
