Does not work

We have had no WiFi for several months so tried upgrading (paying an extra £40 per month!) however the WiFi still does not work. It doesn’t even work in the room we have our hub in. How do I fix this?

In what way does it not work even in the same room? Does it connect but no internet access? What is the signal strength like on the device? Any error messages?
