My hub will not connect any of my WiFi devices. Says the password is incorrect

As above. Hub says that the password to connect wireless devices is incorrect. Hub is connected to my wired devices and will connect to other devices using the WPS button. Have tried pressing the reset button for 20 seconds and that does not work neither does turning the hub off and on again

Are you sure you are typing the correct wireless key from the sticker on the hub? Note they are case sensitive & some symbols look like letters/numbers & vice versa.
