sky website service checker says no issue in your areas.

I'm London outskirts in Amersham. System checker says it's ok. Been off for about 1hr.

chat bot was useless. It kept asking which room it was slow in. I kept telling it it wasn't working but it didn't understand.

Mines gone out in bexley yet again. Not sure how long for, just got in and nothings working at 1:17am.

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it doesn't always pick up issues straight away so it might be worth trying again later if this is the case:
