I have received an email to say that my SKY hub needs replacing and this seems to check out on the SKY website. For people who have already exchanged hubs can you tell me if it was straightforward and did you have to make a new contract with SKY? My curent contract price, with SKY, is very good and I do not want to change it. Thanks in advance.

It's a hub change, not a change to your contract.
