My broadband is Sky superfast and my subscription has gone up to £46 quid, all we use is the broadband, seems high to me

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Muggins75

To see if they will offer you a discount there is only one way to find out and that is to contact them and if they will not offer you anything and if you are not in a minimum term of a contract then you can use the switching service to move to a new provider.

@Muggins75 You may have reached the end off your contract period, if so then discount's are finished and the price off the package is applied. You can call sky to sign up again for another 24month period and see what they can do for you, it's a one shot doing so and you cannot say will get back to you as the offer may just not be there when you do try to get back! Matching one against the other sky will not care about as like for like can be hard to work out!

thanks Jim.

Calling and speaking to SKY seems to be a very difficult thing to achieve.

@Muggins75 Always found it easy, dialling 150 from the phone, passing the security and then hanging about for the connection too happen, but you are correct it can be NOT that easy to do....
