I have no Internet all day today, I followed the instructions a couple of times, but the Internet never appeared, solve this as soon as possible

Tried everything several times, nothing worked(
I called yesterday and said that I was canceling their services, then the operator reacted quickly and booked me an appointment today to check at my home, I hope there will be internet today in 3 days
