I have no Internet all day today, I followed the instructions a couple of times, but the Internet never appeared, solve this as soon as possible

@Dima1  Your not contacting Sky Customer servioces, requests to "resolve this as soon as possible" have zero affect here.

 

No one here knows who you are, where you are or of there are any issues where you live.  Have you done the tests here?  https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/no-connection-...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Tried everything several times, nothing worked(

 

I called yesterday and said that I was canceling their services, then the operator reacted quickly and booked me an appointment today to check at my home, I hope there will be internet today in 3 days
