Slow internet

Hi. 

the last couple of weeks my internet has been really slow affecting my wife's work computer as well as when we are streaming on devices. 

we haven't had issues before but the internet continues to drop out and streaming picture quality is poor with constant buffering. 

any help would be appreciated.

Hi, not going to help but have had the same issue. Being cycnical I changed my contract 2 weeks ago and since then the issues have happended, the year previous everything was fine. Sky suggested to me I upgrade my route at additional cost!! I told them that is outrageous given my service had worked faultlessly
