Disgusted

Absolutely disgusted withe the service that I'm paying for and not getting. All mobile date rinsed to to having to hotspot to computer and laptop so that my daughter and I can try and get some work done as we work from home, losing money as unable to complete work, no TV no Alexa absolutely notjing

@Jasoer  Is your broadband down? Have you reported it?

 

You should be aware as a domestic service any faults logged have an SLA of 2 working days from being reported to be resolved. This does not include weekends.

 

Working from home etc doesn't give your service any greater priority.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
