Re: Disable firewall
I am not sure if you can with the Max router. Can I ask why you are trying to completely disable it anyway, thats extremely dangerous for an internet connected router

Re: Disable firewall
Even doing that kind of thing, there is no requirement to disable a firewall, under almost any circumstance you wouldnt want to do that.
Does the DMZ or Port forwarding not achieve what you are trying to do?

Re: Disable firewall
I have no idea how to do that but I will have a look once I'm home, I had assumed that it was a firewall issue

Re: Disable firewall
I'd observe that disabling a firewall and then visiting a typical tracker site might not be entirely wise...

Re: Disable firewall
@Sal3m6588 you can place a specific device outside the firewall on the Sky Max hub by using its DMZ function accessible from the My Sky app in the hub's advanced settings. BUT unless you understand the security implications of not having a firewall it is strongly not recommended.
