@Lg33 you can't it has to be done at Sky's end but given most of the bugs have been sorted it is rarely needed these days. However if you are cofident you need that change a forum superuser can escalate your post but we need more information before doing so. Therefore please confirm you are usung a white Sky hub (other routers including the black Sky hubs dont use MAP_T) and post what software your work VPN uses.
