Digital talk

I want to switch my landline to digital off the router.

To my knowledge,, Sky don't currently have a process for switching you to Internet calls on request, regardless of the Hub you currently have or the recurring faults you're seeing.

 

It's only possible in the circumstances I posted,previously.

 

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can obtain confirmation via a private online chat, if you wish.

At the moment Sky only switch existing cuetomers to their digital Internet calls service when you upgrade your broadband service or move home.

 

There hasn't been any announcement yet from Sky about switching existing customers.

Hi 
thank you for your reply. I have a router for digital talk now. The landline has been disconnecting and the fault is in a old exchange   I want sky to put me on digital, but it's asking in the right place. I have made numerous calls about the fault each time explaining and going through the formalities . 

I just want an email or someone to talk to about this  With out going to a call centre in India.

OK, I've alerted Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
