Does this indicate that a Sky Talk switchover is imminent?

At the moment, only some customers upgrading their broadband package and all customers moving to Sky are switched to Internet Calls.
Edited to add: Openreach require all providers to switch to a digital phone service by January 2027.

As @Mark39 indicates, the revised target date for PSTN switch-off, which will affect all Openreach/BT Wholesale ISPs, is January 2027. It's still unclear how any of the ISPs are actually going to achieve this: for example Sky will need to replace all remaining Q Hubs (and any earlier models) still in use.
