Different hub connected

I've had confirmation that my internet should have been connected today. I set up my hub but the Internet light has not come on. Looking on the app the service checker says there are no problems, there is a hub connected but it is a different serial number to mine and a load of devices I don't recognise are connected

@Charlie148 When the service checker flashes up quickly check it is your home address before it disapear's from view.

@Charlie148 It should match all the details off your hub then, serial number and the devices, and show you that on the web page! Cannot check for you as have removed the sky hub! But previous when i was checking everything was 100% correct, even the serial number of the SE210 extender from years back!
