Didn’t turn up at right time

I had an engineer booked today 28/11 it was booked for 1pm-6pm and they turned up at 10am and no one was in, I phoned yesterday and the man who I spoke to yesterday said it was booked for a PM slot

You'll need to call Sky to rearrange as you aren’t directly contacting Sky by posting on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
