Everything plugged in to the hub but no wifi

Hi 

move followed the instructions and left it a day, tried switching off and on again as stated in the user guide unplugging waiting 5 seconds re plugging etc however still no wifi and a solid red light on the hub 6. What do I do?

Run the service checker on your my sky app using mobile.
