The Wi-Fi has dropped off most of our devices (apart from one iPad). Going into Wi-Fi settings, it asks for the password and then says it is incorrect. Checking in router settings, password has not changed. Have rebooted everything but no joy. Ideas welcome

Thanks for the advice. Further looking seemed to have the sky q box as the problem. A restart if this seems to have solved the problem

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Markp159 If you have already tried re-setting the router. Find that adding one character to the Wi-Fi password and then saving the settings to see if the devices will connect with the new password.
If it does not work, the router can be re-set and the old password is still there.

devices not connecting tried everythin still says wrong pasword but tv is connecedhelp!
