Devices keep getting disconnected from Sky Broadband Hub

Devices connected to my Sky Broadband hub are regularly getting disconnected from the hub, including my Sky Q box.  The hub seems to be withdrawing IP addresses to devices randomly.  I am now having to reset the hub multiple times per day and restart devices, particularly the Sky Q box (which is a wired connection to the hub) in order to regain a connection.   

When i run a connectivity test through Sky, the broadband and WiFi show to be working fine, so I believe the problem is the hub.

Give Sky a call to let them know about this to see what they say.
