Connecting Sky router at 5ghz.

I have split the 2.4ghz an5ghz bands to satisfy my security systems demands. The Sky Q box will now only connect to the 2.4 band. Is this right? Can I get 5ghz and crawl into the 21st century

@Old+boiler See if the link below helps you know what the Q does. 2.4Ghz would be fine in 99% off all cases for a Q....
