Work laptop shows as connected on device but does not have Internet access. All other devices connect and work fine.
All checks done, got it to 'forget' wifi connection and re-entered after restart.
Reloaded wifi and ethernet drivers by wifi hotspot still shows as connected but will not download a Web page.
Any suggestions please?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LME11 could be an IP addressing issue check that the laptop is using an IP address in the range 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.254.
If the unit is set to get the IP address and network settings automatically then the hub should sort everything for you. If set manually you must check that the settings for the Sky conection are correct which is an IP address in that range which has been reserved on the hub, the Gateway is set to 192.168.0.1 and thecsubnet mask is 255.255.255.0. If you have set a fixed IP address on a device but dont reserve it on the hub the same address can be issued to another device which would also cause connection issues.
