Delivery of new equipment

Hello 

we are moving house everything has been sorted by Sky. We were supposed to have it delivered on the 18th June by Royal Mail, I had to ask them to deliver on the 20th June as we weren't able to be at new address on the 18th it never arrived on the 20th 21st 22nd 23rd or today the 24th when I try to track the parcel it states it's still in transit! 
we have an engineer coming on the 5th July for the broadband and on the 8th July for the tv. I'm at a loss as to what to do. 
sorry to be a nuisance

@Punchy01 Skt normally dispatch hubs to arrive no more than 3 days before the service is due to go live. Royal Mail tracking is a joke it only shows anything after the first delivery attempt. The engineer does not need the hub to complete the job but obviously you cannot use the service without one unless you have your own suitable router.
