Delivery of equipment

I am a new customer and waiting for a delivery from sky being delivered by Royal Mail to 

want to know when it will arrive

@Snoclaf Have a look in you account, if equipment has been dispatched, if you have an e-mail from Royal Mail and they have it then the tracking off there side becomes active for you to follow.

It can be dispatched to arrive any time between 5 days before your activation date up until the actual date. You don't need to be in but be aware the postie could place the parcel 'out of sight' such as behind a wheelie bin, (or in the case of one postie in the bin on the bin collection day).
