Delayed installation

I ordered full fibre in June. I'm still waiting for installation. Delay after delay. Hours spent to complain on call centre and emails. 
getting nowhere. Just given the next appointment date which no doubt will be cancelled. Emailed today it no longer a valid account. The one off sky app is useless too

Anyone have a number or email address that is direct and not an hour on the phone to a useless call handler ?

There is no direct number and Sky doesn't use an email address that we can use to contact them by so you could fill in this form to register a complaint as they should then try and contact you about this:

If it's in the UK, putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker might indicate a reason for the delay.
