i cant seem to book my move

so im trying to book my move ive now been at this for a week ive got a week and a bit left and still i get to the final page and get booking failure with this path after the sky.com

/checkout/error?c=home-move&code=create.order.failure

looks like this

 

ive gone to sky help and i cant even get a number anymore i just keep being sent here, the sky bot keeps sending me here

 

thing is i use the broadband for work and cant be cut off for too long

 

is there a way i can book this please time running out

As you've posted in the broadband board you can call Sky free from your Sky Talk landline by dialling 150.
