Delayed broadband installation

I have it but as sky has let me down again my broadband was supoose to go live on the 20 Feb only to be told when I rang up it was a ghost order,so their fore dose not exist  which has left me with no broadband and no phone line ,I am 72 ,disabled and just come out of hospital after a hip op, this was ordered in January, now I am being told it will be cancelled ,and I would have to put a new order in which could take up to 2 weeks I also have a emergency call bell but without broadband is no good ,I have been a customer of sky for  many years this has really upset me please somebody help
