Delayed broadband 3 times

I've had 3x different text messages saying my broadband at my new property has been delayed. The whole reason I chose to go with sky and not move with my old supplier was because they gave an installation date of 28th. I have now been told my next update will be 8th Jan.

Unfortunately no ISP can actually guarantee a date, particularly at this time of year and where any physical work is required (such as FTTP provisioning)
