I have booked my broadband to be installed on June 17th, I have been told that my moving in date to this house has been delayed. Please can this broad band be put on hold or cancelled as I'm unsure of a new

date.

You should be able to reschedule the installation using your my sky app->my orders if the account has been set up

Or call sky
