Dating apps not working on sky wifi

It won't allow me to connect with Ourtime on my laptop or mobile phone (unless I use data oaming).

@15Bulrush by default Sky's Broadband Shield is set to age 13 that blocks dating apps. Assuming you are the account holder you can change the setting to Age 18 it is in the My Sky app under product options.
