Slow internet and WiFi keeps dropping

Had sky fibre for about a year now, sometimes it works great and we get the promised speeds, other days we could basically be back on dial up! Sky broadband test says that everything is fine and we are getting our promised speeds. I carry out a speedtest sat on top of the router and I get fluctuating speeds. I phone up customer support and just get fobbed off saying that the line is fine and I need to reset the router. One of the engineers told me to carry out a full reset which solved the issue for a couple of hours, but failed to tell me that I would need to set up my entire SkyQ network again as none of the Mini boxes would work. Just at the end of my rope with it all. I work from home, and have had to buy a phone sim and a router as a back up. Please can I get some better service or I may have to look elsewhere.
