Data cable issue

My partner accidentally cut data cable outside the house and the internet stopped working. He got a cable but the internet is not great. Is it possible to organise an engineer to come and check it. Is there a cost for this please. Thank you

You will need to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
