New - Full Fiber customer Amazon Prime Live Sport - advising Router on/off
Im getting extreme juddering on Amazon Prime (Live Sport) since moving to Full Fiber. They suggest turning off/on my fixed router......its actually in a pretty inaccessible location (I can get to if needed)......just want confirmation whether this IS a possibility or even feasible before I try?
I dont want to take tips off Amazon, prefer to get the advice from yourselves.
Cheers

@Amazin+Port a reboot of the router can sometimes fix connection issues so no harm in trying.

@Amazin+Port the main cause of issues with streaming is tge devicecruning tgecstream has a poor data feed eithercwith insufficent bandwidth or affected by interference.Amazon's own Firesticks are often affected as they are hidden behind a TV which blocks most if the WiFi signal.
Could thst be your issue?
