Damaged wires

My cables that connect the Wi-Fi box are damaged

the lil black box that's attached  on the wall the power cable to that is damaged an then the cable that goes into the phone line to the Wi-Fi box / modem is damaged

@Hannahgray You need to call Sky to report the damage.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
