Damaged power cable
Hi there,
My puppy has chewed through my power cable for the sky broadband gigafast, it's the type c wire but every type c lead I use doesn't work. How do i go about getting this replaced please?
P.s. puppy was unharmed and pics pf said power cable are below

Glad your puppy is okay.
Sky will have to send a complete replacement router as I dont believe they send just power cables out.
If you still havent managed to sort this I can escalate your post to chat with Sky on the forum or can assist with a replacement.
