Damaged Internal Phone Line

I require the internal phone line replacing there outer casing had disintegrated exposing the bare wires, the wire looks to be hard wired to another box on the wall. Broadband/phone is working currently but the wire needs replacing. Contacted Sky to book a BT Openreach engineer. Thought I had explained the issues and Sky obviously not. I have had no contact and received a text today to say the issue has been resolved yet no BT engineer has been booked. Is it just a case of keep repeating my issue to Sky and hope someone understands?

@Phil4510  If the wire is from the mater socket to a 2nd extension socket within the home then thats you responsibility, not Sky's

It may help with photo's of where the wire comes from and goes to to clarify this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Damaged Internal Phone Line

The wire from outside goes to the box in the first picture and then on to the master socket. The wire runs along the skirting board behind a radiator, when decorating recently I found the outer casing is damaged exposing the internal wires. The wire from the 2 boxes is damaged. I did assume it's BT Openreach that would need to replace this wire?

Openreach rather than BT, but Sky may not be able to book them if there's no fault with the broadband and phone service.
