Damaged Internal Phone Line Needs Replacing

The main phone/internet wire inside the house is damaged and needs replacing, we still have a connection for now but unsue for how long. Is this an BT Openreach issue to resolve or do i go through Sky?

Through Sky: Openreach doesn't accept direct fault reports.
