Customer service
Whats the best way to get hold of someone at sky to complain? Just had broadband up graded socket but theyve left the place in a mess, cables hanging everywhere. Was not told the router would need moving and needs 2 sockets but where they put it there's only 1 free. None of this was communicated to me and my dad was here and didnt know any of this either. I feel they took advantage of an old person.
