Current sky broadband customer problems with upgrade

Hi, 

I recently upgraded my Sky broadband have received new hub 

But unable to use as open reach need to carry out work first. Which i understand i have received message from sky stating that i need to return old hub by 20/01/24

Or face £50 charge i am still using hub which i was told is fine  by sky engineer until up and running with

New broadband but date keeps going closer to return old hub cant find where or how to  contact sky as not paying £50 if it not set up

@lee8998  You can use the new hub and return the old one, the new one will still work on a FTTP connection.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
