Wifi stopped working suddenly on some devices.

Hi all,

I have noticed my openreach box (i think it is) has been knocked off the wall (well the front cover) leaving cables on show. I haven't messed with the cables incase it makes matters worse as I cant have the wifi go down completely and have no tv ( sky glass) I can't have normal tv as no aerial so I would literally be stuck if I dare tamper with it. My little boy is disabled and the television keeps him calm.

I only came across it by chance, and wifi wise had no issues apart from the odd lagging on mobile devices which has it has always done.

Now, though my blink camera won't work and a mobile device will not connect to the wifi. Where it has previously all worked fine.

I'm assuming i need to bite the bullet and get an engineer out to sort it. Before the wifi goes down completely.

Is it sky i report the issue to? If so not sure who i'm needing to speak to.
