Credit after switch Broadband provider

Hello

I switch my provider for Broadband, leaving sky as now I have a Credit for Cancellation of Sky Broadband.

I'm not going to use Sky anymore so I can't use the credit in my next bill. 

I'm asking for a refund in my bank account.

How can I claim it, please?

I can't find anywhere who to contact.

@VS5 You have 2 options for a refund, you can either call customer service and have them action the refund or we can escalate your post to the comminuty team here who can action it(both ways would take 3-5 days for it to hit your account).

@VS5 Consider it done, it will probably be tomorrow now when they contact you, it will either be via private message or a chat bubble on screen(towards the bottom of the screen), once they make an invite to chat it remains open for 48 hours.
