Same issue here in Eastbourne, SKY sort this out happens all the time yet ur website says "No Issues"!?

Nothing in Newcastle either, has anyone tried ringing them directly before I go wild with them

From the number of similar reports Sky or Openreach have taken down services in the Sussex area for essential overnight maintenance. If thst is the cause services wil be back by now at 7am. This iunavoidable essential work is always done at night.
