This happened back in October too, the checker said everything was fine and there was nothing wrong with my box. But the internet came back within a few hours. I wouldn't go messing around with your box because that definitely isn't the issue.

Love that there is no assistance other than BOTs when things go wrong, and their automated systen say all is OK and has happened before!

At least in 3rd World Countried, they have someone (a human!) to check system issues 24/7

Same issue in peacehaven lights on box green,orange,green, orange, tried unplugged and reset but no difference so must  be a larger problem with sky if happening to a larger number

No WiFi in Bognor. Router had 2 green lights 1 orange in internet light is out

Same here in Chichester. Run the check on Sky and it's saying all test are fine showing I have connection and no issues in local area!
