Just joined from Virgin. Should be getting 400Mb but only getting 90 and connection is awful with constant lag. Any help greatly appreciated

Yes have restarted both router and ont box. Sky have sent out a replacement router aswell and still the same issues

They can't come away with it takes 10 days. That does not work on that technology. Seems like it is a throughput issue on Sky's end and they need to look into it.
What does the Sky app speed test say that you are getting to the router and how have you ran the speed tests that you have done?

I have used the ookla app on my phone and a wired connection on my ps5. Both show same speed. Not sure what sky app speed test is. I have used my sky it only says that everything is ok, no speeds shown
