Hi all. We had to terminate our broadband and talk package - the area we live in doesn't have fibre with Sky (or we'd have happily stayed) and it just stopped being good enough for two full time home workers and 2.5 teenagers!!! Lol
as we are in contract, 3 months left to go, we have to return the router (even tho it's old and we've had it for a number of years!!!) but my annoying husband chucked it in the dump yesterday, just as my return packaging came from Sky today. Argh!
any idea how much they are likely to charge us for the non return? I'm guessing I can't find a cheap one on Facebook marketplace and send that back instead?!?! Haha!
thanks in advance for any help/info. Julie

Buying one from Facebook etc is essentially buying stolen property because all equipment is owned by Sky. If Sky have flagged the SN of a router as being missing/stolen and you buy and then you return it this may be flagged and Sky may charge you anyway.
