Cooper
The broadband constantly keeps on dropping out , it's happening every day and at least 3/4 times and if this continues to happen I will find a more reliable provider

@DC47 no point in swapping unless your new provider does not use the same Openreach line which many isps do. Line drops are quite common due to the bad weather. Run the Service Checker in the My Sky app.as it willoffer to book an dngineer to check the line if it finds a fault. If it doesnt you can call Sky but they cannot compell Openreach to do anything asthe automatic systemd are designed to stabilise the line. It depends on how long you have had the fault and the number of drops - Sky will be able to see thst from the data teports the hub sends.
