I have a new Sky Max Hub but apparently I need my wifi to be 2.4 for some of my appliances (smart plugs etc.) to connect. Any idea how I can do this on a step by step basis?? (I'm vaguely technically literate but not completely!!). Any assistance gratefully received!

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
