WiFi has gone down

On my box the WiFi and power buttons are green but the "internet" is not. Any reason why this isn't working?

@WoodGreen81 given the recent storm a number of lines will inevitably be affected which could include yours if the Service Checker No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

doesnt show Sky are aware of a fault affecting your area you need to call them and report the issue.
