Contradictory help
Sky online help says there is a problem with my Internet. But after going through the fix it menu the broadband checker says there's no problems in my area . Looking out of my front window a can se contractors working on the lines. Asked them about the Internet they ate trying to resolve a problem caused by openreach . Does Sky and openreach talk to each other and wouldn't it be nice to inform the customer. Have been with sky fibre less than a week.

Re: Contradictory help
Openreach doesn't always update companies like Sky when issues occur and repairs being made which could be what is happening here. The checker isn't the quickest at picking up issues in your area but it might eventually doing this if the issue is ongoing and not fixed by Openreach while that are outside of your property.
