Activation fee

I have signed up for broadband online . Not installed yet however on the welcome email it says activation fee no amount stated . When I signed up it said free ?

If there is no amount shown then that could be due to it being free ?

I hope so it says installation is free as new customer and it is the Black Friday deal but the email says This visit will include: 

Sky Broadband Activation Fee
