Contract renewed
You guys frobbed me added charges illegally i fi ished my contract and you renewed it without my permission charged me two months I never used remove the charge or I leave I have sky mobile I've used 4 years laid on time everytime like my Web was I left cos sky Web is terrible but I honored my contract then left and these dogs renewed me without my permission so remove the charge or I seek legal action

I'm afraid your rant is only to fellow Sky customers and not to Sky. Perhaps you'd like to provide some details as to
- what service you cancelled (just Broadband/Talk)?
- how you cancelled
- did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation

I would suggest you to get in touch with our support teams.
If you need to call and already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, or you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
